Assalaam Alaikum!

Sabah al kahair (Good morning) from Kuwait! We are sitting at the McDonalds in the Kuwait airport waiting for our connecting flight to London in 2 hours.

The trip so far has been very smooth. The two flights so far have been very nice. Kuwait Airways gave us two delicious meals and the flight was only half full so we had lots of room to spread out.

We also didn't have to pay extra for leaving the country the day after we got our work permit canceled (technically only 20 minutes into the next day but we were still worried)

We get into London around 3pm today. We are couch surfing for the first time with a young married couple from Canada who live in London. On Wednesday the 8th we are going to explore the city and then meet Dan and Jan in Bishops Stortford a town outside of London.

The good byes were all pretty sad and I'm still speaking Thai to everyone. Excited for London and seeing Jan and Dan. It's going to be 60 and raining when we get there. I guess that's not shocking, but i think it will be for us.
