Running of the Bulls

Hola!

Currently we are cooking a seafood bisque and chicken wings in Maria´s apartment in Pamplona. Maria is Andrea´s friend who visited her in Thailand.

Pamplona is the city in Spain where they do the ¨running of the bull¨. We saw the street where they do it in the old city.

It´s been about 40 and raining the past two days, but it´s supposed to be sunny tomorrow!! We are starting the Camino de Santiago tomorrow! And hoping to finish up on or before December 8th in Santiago de Compostela.

We got a great book to help us along and we´ve already seen other ¨pilgrims¨ walking around town which makes us feel good.

We think our packs weigh about 15-18 lbs each- pretty good.

Justin´s going to finish his more narrative blogging soon ( I hope). I´ll keep you posted with news. Tomorrow night we stay in our first alburgue!!

Don´t forget to vote tomorrow [preferably for Obama ;) ] We´ll be reading about it hopefully from the road.

Missing all our loyal readers! Besos y abrazos!

Buen Camino peregrinos. You could have a "Camino Blanco de Santiago" so take warm clothes, listen to the locals about crossing remote paths in high places, check ahead whether albergues are open or not.
Have a look at my blog for Winter Walking on el Camino.
Buen suerte!
